You Are Not Charging Enough

      Gym Owners and Trainers. You are probably NOT charging enough. A "Cheaply-Priced" Training Club is direct sign of a "Cheaply-Run" Training Club. It is impossible to be the "CHEAPEST" and the "BEST" at the same time. A top-notch facility with unparalleled service from a highly educated, motivating staff are all part of being a highly-priced facility. If we truly believe our club is "the best"... Our prices should mirror that belief. 

Mediocrity and Fitness

           

           I absolutely hate the quote, "Everything in moderation". Especially when it comes to Fitness. News Flash People, "Moderation" SUCKS.... Anything worth doing is worth doing at one hundred percent and at full speed. If you want to be in "Meh", "Alright" or in "ok" shape... Just keep practicing "Moderation". If you want to reach your ultimate fitness goal(s), at some point you're gonna have to disrobe yourself from this Moderation nonsense, go all in, and immerse yourself in it.

Friends and Work?

"Friends, Employees, and Co-Workers should NEVER mix." 

Huh? Some of my very best friends are my employees/ co-workers. Fact...We are all equally passionate about our trade (fitness), motivated by helping people, fun-charming, mature coaches, in addition to being selfless and trustworthy. Who better to go into battle with? Who better to share in the vision of helping our community become healthier and happier? And why would we not want to share time outside of "work"? 
Likeminded, passionate people do and will become friends. These amazing people do not work for me, they work with me, Im really just their head coach .... And when the time comes to "get shiznit done" WE DO, Not because its out job...its our responsibility to each other and our members. 
I wouldn't just help my teammates move a couch, I'd help them move a body. I kinda like my way of doing things, just sayin.
